End of Week 5






Just got back from the gym. 2 days cardio this week, 2 days weights. I missed Monday due to migraine coming off caffiene, but now I am caffiene free.

Feeling pretty good about my progress. I still have a lot of doubt about how much it's really going to change my appearance.

Amy, discouragement can be your worst enemy...that's when you look back at your beginning point in your struggle and see how far you've come...to me you're looking mighty good...also remember you are loved for who you are inside that outer physical frame. I post this on the google blog as I don't quite know how to post on here. Been extremely busy the past couple weeks and looking forward to a few weeks of normal schedules.
